Milled Glass Fiber Powder

Description: Milled Glass is by E-glass fiber strand through crushing, grinding and screening process and made a very short fibers. The product has good dispersion and not change the resin liquid, is a good filling material of thermosetting and thermoplastic resin to improve surface crack phenomenon, reduce the mold and good heat resistance to friction materials. Also can be used as shock reinforced material. Widely used in all kinds of thermosetting and thermoplastic resin.Application:l  Filling materiall  Lacquer putty materiall  Reinforced materiall  High-performance friction materiall  Laminate crackSpecification:Milled GlassGlass TypeE-GlassFilament Diameter9-14μmGlass Spectific Gravity2.60g/cm3ColourWhiteSoftening Temperature840°CMoisture<0.3%Surface TreatmentSilaneLOl0.3-1.5%Tensile Strength70-120Cn/texElongation at Break3400N/mm2Modulus2800-3400cN/tex*Specific products could be made according to customers’requiremeAvailable Products:Product CodeEMG-50EMG-100EMG-200EMG-400Average Fiber Length(μm)≈50≈100≈200≈300Longest Fiber Length(μm)≈1000≈1000≈1000≈2000AppearancePowderyPowderySlight FlocculentFlocculentBulk Density(kg/l)≈0.7≈0.6≈0.35≈0.260.65-0.750.50-0.650.3-0.40.25-0.28Measured Fiber Length<125μm>60>55>30 Measured Fiber Length<250μm>60>55>30 Measured Fiber Length<1000μm≈100 FlowabilityGoodGoodAveragePoorThermal Deformation Temperature(PA-6)°C ≈100≈160 Related Products
