A prefabricated arched or straight-walled hangar is considered the most optimal option for providing production or warehouse space. However, such a structure has a significant drawback: significant heat loss in winter. Reducing heating costs and ensuring the longevity of the hangar can only be achieved with additional thermal insulation. Features of Polyurethane Foam Coating Application

Polyurethane foam can be used to coat hangars of various shapes (arched, straight-walled, domed). Spray coating technology allows for a uniform layer of material to be applied to curved surfaces, creating a monolithic, seamless coating even on hard-to-reach structural elements. This makes it possible to eliminate the formation of "cold bridges," which are the main cause of condensation on the interior surface of the hangar.

1. You should not attempt this type of work yourself; only a professional can determine the required coating thickness, pre-prepare the hangar surfaces, and apply the polyurethane foam in an even, seamless layer. 2. The equipment used for applying the thermal insulation is compact, so all work can be carried out without vacating the premises; narrow passages along the walls are sufficient.
